The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline provides free, confidential support from trained crisis counselors and is available nationwide. In North Dakota and parts of Minnesota, many calls are answered locally through FirstLink. 24/7 support is available for individuals, family members, caregivers, and friends seeking assistance.

FirstLink serves North Dakota and parts of Minnesota and can assist with mental health concerns, housing resources, financial assistance, food support, healthcare navigation, and other community needs. Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Prairie St. John's Behavioral Health Services

Prairie St. John's provides comprehensive behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and adults, including inpatient psychiatric care, outpatient treatment, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization programs (PHP), crisis assessments, and substance use treatment services.

Sanford Behavioral Health Services

Sanford Health provides psychiatric services, behavioral health treatment, counseling, medication management, and crisis intervention services for individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

Services may include evaluation, therapy, psychiatric care, and treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, and other behavioral health concerns.

Clay County Human Services

Clay County Human Services can assist individuals and families with mental health resources, crisis referrals, case management services, financial assistance programs, and connections to community supports.

Mobile Crisis Response Services

Mobile Crisis teams provide in-person crisis assessment, stabilization, safety planning, and support for individuals experiencing a mental health emergency. Crisis teams may respond in homes, schools, community settings, or other locations when appropriate.
